The Table is a continuation of “Do You Need a Hand?" project, in which I explored how depression and stress transform personality. As in the original series, the character struggles to hold themselves together, revealing how inner efforts to resist fear lead to transformation and a loss of self. In The Table, I reflect on the experience of anxiety and the overwhelming sense of danger within the safest space—home.
